UK border Force loses landmark doll import case

The UK Border Force has lost a ‘groundbreaking’ case against a sex doll importer after it was accused of importing a younger-looking doll for a client.

However, the court heard the doll resembled the client’s wife, who was from Southeast Asia and of smaller stature.

The court ruled that no law had been broken.

Phil, director of The Doll House, which imported the doll, was interviewed by ‘haremlover’ after the case.

They spoke of how doll packages are routinely opened by Border Force officers, and how protective packaging is frequently removed and not replaced. Dirty marks are often left on the dolls.

In this specific case the doll’s eyes were allegedly set in opposite directions, raising the question as to whether officers were ‘making fun of’ the doll rather than ‘inspecting it legitimately’, said harmelover. However there is no conclusive proof of this.

‘Three years of this sort of behaviour’

Speaking of his own challenges with buying dolls from China, haremlover said, ‘It’s been a matter of luck that they survived man-handling.’

Phil said, ‘We’re talking three years of this sort of behaviour’.

He continued: ‘I’m the first of the UK vendors – that I know of – who said, let’s do this, let’s go to court.’

The vendor stated he wishes to institute a fund among retailers with which to pay for similar legal cases.

He also wants to involve Chinese manufacturers to help support the ‘legal pot’.

Phil pointed out that ‘world is a happier place’ for those who buy sex dolls.

He says his clients are aged between 20 and 83.

It is hoped the landmark case will make it much easier for people to buy dolls moving forward.
